Kathleen Lambrechts has a passion for positive psychology, mindfulness and yoga and brings all of that knowledge and experience into her coaching activities. 


Her motivation as a coach is to help people feel more resilient and become aware of their strengths. In companies, her coaching process can assist in creating a management style which enables employees to feel positive about their achievements and feel supported in their efforts. She helps create space for aspirations and a constructive dialogue about where things are and how they can improve. She can tackle frustrating misunderstandings within teams by enhancing communication and increasing the awareness of personality type dynamics. 


Kathleen is also a current member of the New York Bar and former member of the Brussels Bar. She studied law magna cum laude in Belgium (J.D., Catholic University Leuven) and in the U.S.A. (LL.M., University of Virginia School of Law), for which she was awarded a full scholarship by the Belgian American Educational Foundation. She has worked in a law firm in Brussels practicing mainly commercial and corporate law. Furthermore, she has worked several years in Munich in the field of European media law for the German broadcasting company  ProSiebenSat.1 Media and as legal counsel for Home Order Television UK in Radlett, U.K. 


Kathleen lives in Luxembourg with her husband and four children. She speaks 5 languages fluently and loves to read and run.
